Hertz - Denver - Denver International Airport (DEN) Omdömen 

I rented a luxury Mercedes gle and got a Nissan rouge. I don't think I have to say any more.

Being a Gold member meant we didn't have to wait at the counter. Selection of cars available to us was great!

Car was clean and ready for my pickup.

As a gold member is was supposed to be able to walk to my car. Instead I had to wait in line at DIA which if you don’t know is a busy airport. Then instead of trying to make it right I was simply told it was my fault because I picked the wrong car. Which made me more mad horrible customer service

Bad weather shortened my trip by a day. Hertz refused to give credit for one less day. After 20+ years with Hertz, I cancelled my Gold status and closed my account.

The return process at Denver Airport was relatively easy.

I am Hertz gold, for over 20 years. It is really nice being able to go to the gold board, see your stall, go to the car without standing in line, etc. The last 2 rentals this was not the case, frustrating when you're hauling a bunch of luggage. Still love Hertz, though.

Extremely convenient and easy service. I did not have to wait to get picked up at the airport by the Hertz bus. Pickup location was clearly marked. The driver was friendly with a joyful attitude and placed our heavy bags into the bus for us. Picking up the car was very easy, my name was on the board and another friendly attendant helped me by pointing me in the direction of where my vehicle was parked. I was able to select any car on the lot within the Presidents Circle, which was nice since I prefer Chevy SUV type vehicles. Leaving the lot was easy too as the attendant scanned the code on the inside of the driver door and I was good to go. The vehicle was very clean and smelled good, no cigarette smell. Dropping the vehicle off and boarding the bus back to the airport was again very convenient and easy. All billing was handled electronically and I received my bill via email within a couple of business days. It was all very Easy! Thank you.

Quick pick up of car and the cat we chose was in great condition. Drop off was also quick and easy. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful given we had four large suitcases.

Signage around the airport was easy to find where I was going. Pick up and drop off was easy. It is also great to see my name on the board and go right to the vehicles, get one and get on with my trip instead of having to stand in one more line at the airport.

Easy and quick process

She was very helpful and polite. My issue was a simple error and she resolved it in less than ten minutes.

The car was good and clean. The price was fair. Drop-off went perfectly. I love the Hertz Gold program.

Its Hertz being Hertz and that is what Gold Members Expect

I wasn't going to send a rating. Don't have time for this nonsense. But then the tool charges came. I am fine with $20.45 for tolls. And I would be fine if you charged a reasonable processing fee. But a $35.97 "Convenience fee?" Disgusting. You should be ashamed.

Easy pickup and easy drop off. The car was exactly what we requested.
