I booked the car online. When I went to pickup the car I was told that car was not available. I was then informed that car available would be a $10 upcharge per day. It wasn't my fault the car that was listed as available online wasn't available.
I believe charging me extra was not the right thing to do. I have requested upgrades in the past and gladly paid the upcharge. The return experience was very good.
