Clean the office, dirty carpet, stained chairs, Really!!
Staff was friendly but car is always never ready; they have to vacuum and attempt to hand wash the car which is never quite clean. Also, the inside of the office is awful; aesthetically dirty; carpet old stained chairs ragged. It is obvious that money is not invested in the business.
If the CLT location was closer to my home I would never rent from this location.

Terrible business
Booked a vehicle(had booked a suv)a month in advance only to get to hertz for them to tell me that there was not Inventory as im pulling into hertz getting out if my Uber i receive a text as im walking into hertz that there are no vehicles. The manager Jaden told me to wait for about 20-30 mins so at this point im aggravated she called 3 hertz locations and none if them had a car at this point im done while at hertz I called enterprise booked a suv went right down the street and rode out in my rental. Horrible organization for car rentals terrible communication i will never book through hertz again this location was south blvd
