Both pick up and drop off was a bit chaotic, with 10 minute wait times on both ends. The location seems understaffed. Also there is no drop box after hours, which is very frustrating...it delayed vehicle return by 18 hours...suggest you add after hours drop box here. Hesitant to book again.

Hertz Buckhead delivers extraordinary customer service every time. The team is always kind, patient, and knowledgeable, making every experience a great one. Whenever I’m in Georgia, I go out of my way to rent from the Hertz Buckhead location because I know I’ll receive outstanding service.

I was so pleased that the young lady…
I was so pleased that the young lady that served me was attentive to my needs & she took the time to explain to why could not extend my rental. Then she canceled my rental & wrote up a contract for me to sign off on with the original card that I wanted to use!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
