Hertz - Arvada - N Sheridan Boulevard Omdömen 

Staff was great and helpful, but the car selection was not great and I booked a AWD car but they had none there. The staff was great but the lack of cars you paid for was disappointing.

Staff was great, friendly, and accommodating. They had a black SUV available for me when I arrived for my pick up time. Just then a white SUV pulled in and I asked if I can switch to the white one, and the staff was very nice and said yes, but I would have to wait a little because they needed to clean it. I was fine with it and when they were done cleaning it, the staff and I finished the paper work and I was off ready to start my weekend getaway.

Manager went above and beyond to help me get the best vehicle when other locations could not. She was extremely helpful and professional and made sure I received a fair price.

I received an email a week before my reservation saying that I'm all set and the car will be ready to go. Because I'm very organized and anal, I went online to check my reservation. When I logged into the app and clicked on my reservation, ERROR,ERROR popped up saying that there was a problem with my pick up and/or drop off dates. Needless to say, the location that I rented from must have changed their hours since the date I booked (six months before my reservation), and I had no car and no way to pick up or drop off!! In a panic, I called Hertz customer service. Although they did end up helping me change my reservation with all new dates, I did have to pay more than my original reservation. I was also very stressed out and very thankful that I looked at my reservation, especially since the email I received the week before my reservation said I was all set! This is a huge flaw in the system, and AI nowadays should know business hours, if they change, and automatically notify customers if there is a problem.

The staff were very professional and courteous. I was immediately offered an upgrade on my vehicle which was very nice.

Office personnel were friendly and efficient. Vehicle was ready for us to pick up.

We didn't have wiper fluid in the car. The oil need changed desperately so we had to buy more gas and get less miles per gallon.because the oil was extremely old and depleted

The people at this Hertz location were some of the best to deal with. My only complaint was on the car itself. It had drivers display issues, the display would not turn off. We had to do a soft boot on the electrical system numerous times. We learned how to do that online. It is apparently a common problem with that Buick. Also, we had numerous problems getting the car to sync with our phones.

Very small vehicle selection; no after hours drop box; vehicle needed to be cleaned.

Reserved a luxury sedan . I was told by the Hertz employee at this location that they never have luxury sedans and a very few luxury vehicles . I ended up with a compact SUV at the same price . Disappointed !

Excellent customer service. This was the second time using this particular location for a car rental. Very efficient experience at both pick up and drop off. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5 star review was that our car smelled like smoke and the exterior was not washed prior to us getting it. Lots of buggies on the windshield. Otherwise super solid. We will definitely be back to this Hertz location again! Thank you.
