I have ordered 4 furs from this site in am not disappointed, spoke with ALBERT about getting my name monogrammed on the lining very pleased. I think every women should experience a fur once in her life. A pleasure doing business and it was delivered very quickly.

I was alarmed that your company had only a 5 day return policy especially since most every other business is usually 30 days. My purchase was a $45.00 pair of leather gloves on sale that was received after Christmas and as you know, many people travel during those holidays and don't return until after the 1st of the year. I have never dealt with a company who has such a short return policy! I can certainly understand not having that long a time for a $10,000 mink coat, but for a pair of unused $45 leather gloves. When I showed up to return the "too small" and unused gloves on 1/9/26, I was told that the 5 day return policy has passed and it would only allow a store credit for the return of the gloves. There was nothing in that store for less than$100 and that was for a rabbit key chain!!!

Needless to say, I took my gloves back and I will not darken your doorway ever again for such poor customer service! I'd rather give the gloves away than to get a store credit that I will never use!

If I could give your company a negative star reading, I would have don't that here, but it is not allowed!

The coat is actually beautiful and for that price u can’t beat it. Customer service was great because I actually ordered a medium coat by mistake and the switched it out for a large. The weather as been so cold here and I am looking forward to wearing it . 😊
