Helpling Singapore Omdömen

Highly recommended and always a peace of mind to deal with.

Ei Zin was punctual and friendly. However, she didn’t clean the kids bedroom like I asked and instead cleaned the study room. I hope she’ll come to check with me in future, if she wasn’t sure.

Helpling is convenient, reliable and fully trustworthy service. The pool of highly trained helpers ensures that the quality of service provided is consistent.

Very good!!

We are really glad to use helpling services. San San is a really good and professional cleaner.

I am very happy with Aye Myat Thu's performance. She is always punctual and work diligently without supervision. She has been coming weekly for more than a month.Thumb Up for her as she is an asset to your company!!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Helpling for assigning such an amazing helper to me. I honestly couldn’t be more thankful!

From the very beginning, she has been reliable, hardworking, and incredibly dedicated. She consistently goes above and beyond the tasks assigned to her and always delivers work that exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail and willingness to put in extra effort really stand out.

I’m extremely happy with the service and, most importantly, grateful that Helpling matched me with someone who takes so much pride in her work. Finding a reliable and hardworking helper makes such a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the effort Helpling put into making this arrangement work so well.

Thank you, Helpling, for the excellent service and for assigning her to me. I genuinely couldn’t be more thankful!

Tried 2 staff and the most recent one Ms Soe Thandar exceeded my expectations. She is fast, thorough and has initiatives when carrying out the task. I feel safe with her handling the chores in my house. She remembers what and how to complete the tasks. Thank you Soe for the excellent work and keep up the good work.

I am very pleased with the quality of the cleaning service Ei Ei Thu provided.

She is professional, polite, and very attentive to detail. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. Ei Ei Thu worked carefully and thoroughly rather than simply doing a quick surface clean. Surface of furnitures and floors were properly cleaned, and the overall space was left looking fresh, and hygienic.

Thank you Helpling! I don’t have to worry about keeping the house clean every week!

The app was seamless when I made my booking. I also really like the person assigned to help me with my cleaning needs. Her work is good and she is very hardworking.

Sandi arrived early and able to execute efficiently. Able to work independently and proactive.

Communication was fast and efficient. Making a booking and even postponing an appointment is incredibly simple through the app. Overall, a fuss-free experience which clearly puts the customers in the forefront.

Helpling has been a great help for us working parents by providing reliable and consistent cleaning services. Any changes in cleaning schedule/personnel are also proactively managed such that we do not feel inconvenienced as well. Our current cleaner, Jue Jue, has been doing a great job, has a friendly attitude and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the home is cleaned to our satisfaction.

She was on time and was very thorough in her cleaning. Highly recommend, didn’t need any supervision and did everything listed within the time allocated! Very pleased with her service.

Some provider is not meeting the expectation despite the more premium rate charged.

The service provided is great, very professional and responsive.

Yu yu was diligent and detailed in her work and the booking experience was hassle free

Excellent work every time. Gyacy’s work quality is incomparable
