Heavenlybeds Omdömen

Helpful all round good service - Staff helpful and pleased with the sofa we chose.
Delivery contractors (Young Lads) weren’t the best however wouldn’t help move old sofa into garage and knocked furniture over getting new sofa into the house.
Had to do this myself with a fellow 63 year old.
It took us 10 minutes.

We recently bought the super king Abella Chesterfield Scroll Sleigh Bed in plush blue velvet and my wife loves the luxury feel of it. The product is great!
Just as important is the second to none customer service that you will receive. This company has absolutely superb customer service. They are good problem solvers and the customer is always put first.. This might be hard to believe but it is true.. They process orders very quickly and deliver at the same pace. Very, very happy!

I recently purchased an Ottoman storage bed from Heavenlybeds, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my decision! Not only does this bed deliver on aesthetics, but it also offers exceptional comfort and practical storage solutions.

Design & Build:
The design is sleek and modern, perfect for any bedroom decor. The fabric finish is of premium quality, and the overall craftsmanship is impeccable. The bed feels sturdy and well-constructed, with no creaks or signs of instability.

Comfort:
The mattress that came with the bed provides excellent support, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bed is generously sized, offering ample room to stretch out, yet fits perfectly in my space. It truly lives up to the name “Heavenlybeds” – I’ve been sleeping like a dream!

Storage:
The Ottoman storage feature is a game-changer. The hydraulic lift mechanism is smooth and easy to operate, giving me access to the spacious compartment underneath. It’s ideal for storing extra bedding, pillows, or anything else you need to tuck away. The storage space has made my room much more organized.

Assembly:
The assembly process was straightforward and didn’t take too long. The instructions were clear, and all parts were well-labeled. Even if you’re not particularly handy, putting this bed together should be a breeze.

Overall Experience:
From the ordering process to delivery, everything went smoothly. Heavenlybeds provided great customer service, and the bed arrived in perfect condition. It’s a fantastic investment if you're looking for a blend of style, comfort, and functionality.

"I recently purchased the Heavenlybeds and have been really happy with my experience so far. From the start, the assembly was straightforward - the instructions were clear, and it didn't take long to put together. The bed frame feels sturdy and well-constructed, with no wobbling or creaking even after daily use.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEAVENLY BEDS, they have delivered the wrong sofa and refuse to believe it after several images have been sent. At minimum the images online look absolutely nothing like the real thing. Takes a minimum of 5 calls to get through to them over the phone as well.

They have refunded the cost of the bed and mattress plus a little more for what I've been through.

I highly recommend this business.I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I love my new bed,the qaulity is amazing.

We are completely and utterly obsessed with this bed! The website was so easy to use and it allowed us to customise our bed perfectly to meet our needs. Delivery was extremely fast and the bed was packaged really well. The quality of the bed fabric is stunning. It looks so luxurious and suits our room perfectly. I love how many options they had for fabrics I really was spoilt for choice.
