Heartful Diamonds has ALWAYS provided the quickest and most efficient customer service in any Diamond Painting company I have dealt with, and they ALWAYS create the most beautiful and perfect canvases created from the pictures I have provided, and there have been 5 now! I have reviewed them multiple times on my youtube channel; RealMenCraftToo where you can see them.

The quality exceeds any sort of expectation you might have. I got my girlfriend a couple of these now and not only are they accurate to the picture for their custom diamond paintings, but the resin stones are beautiful. We only order from here now and they tend to have discounts often! The shipping takes about two weeks, which really is not bad at all!

Ordered from Heartful Diamonds 5 times and every time the paintings turned out great. But after completing my last order I noticed some of the colors were way off (to bright). I contacted customer service and they gave me a couple options. I chose the option for them to adjust the colors and resend it. I knew that this option would mean that I would have to start all over again. I did, and it was worth it to me. Painting turned out great. The painting was for my sister and she was thrilled with it. Customer Service was simply outstanding.

Excellent quality canvas with sharp and clear markings. No extra glue outside of the picture to stick your sleeve to! No Washi tape needed! I had one drill color that the drills were stuck together and couldn’t be separated but customer service was great and offered to send more if needed. Great to do business with!

I work at customer service, and I can tell you that Jean Danielle went above and beyond. From starters, answered my questions prior to ordering, also helped me correct a mistake I made while placing the order, and made me feel taken care of.I was feeling very frustrated until, like magic, Jean took care if everything. Thank you so much!! You are an angel!!

I responded to the email the day I received the simulation of my photo and pointed out the many area where the colors were way off from what was in the photo. 2 days later I get an email saying since I didn't respond they process the order and it was too late to make any changes or cancel the order. I resent the emails (there was 2 bec I notice another area) and I try to contact them the same day on their msg link and left a vmm and never got a response. Try again the next day and still no response. Then when I got the canvas the color of the drills are worse then what was in the simulation. I was going to make it anyways until I saw that they sent pink drills for what was supposed to be a cement area. It is a 20x24 canvas, so it was very clear it wasn't close to being pink.

I have had personalized paintings done by this company a few times and each time I had a wonderful customer service experience. I dealt with Jean Danielle in all my interactions and was so pleased with her quick responses and expertise. I like the quality of the product as well. I highly recommend heartfuldiamonds!!!

Delivery took a bit longer than expected but the quality is great. Everything needed is included the price is great

I had a couple of issues with my order once it was out of the hands of the company and in the hands of the third party delivery service. I was incredibly impressed with the attentive, personal interactions I had with team members while trying to resolve the issue. I felt like I was trying to work an issue out among friends and not with a business. All the while, they did not hesitate to offer to go above and beyond to make the situation right. The product is high quality and worth the price - the customer service I received is priceless!

Love this company they are allways beautiful pictures and they turn out great and they are very accommodating to customers needs.

This was my second custom diamond painting I got from them. Customer service is excellent! They suggested I get alittle bigger size for just $3 extra and I’m glad I did. I love ombre and couldn’t find any diamond paintings I liked online for custom names so I decided to get it done here. Glad I did. It came out great!

I done two personalised diamond paintings, one with my friend and her dog and the other one was my cousin's wedding photo they turned out really amazing.

The team at Heartful Diamonds did excellent job on my custom diamond art print. Prompt, courteous and super friendly and helpful. I was able to preview my final product before purchasing which I thought was really great so I knew exactly what I was getting. I think Heartful Diamonds is the only diamond art company that has this feature. I highly recommend them for all of your custom diamond art prints.

Heartful does a fabulous job of creating the canvas exactly toy photos and the canvas is good and sticky unlike store bought brands. My friends are now having their artworks done too and love them.

Ordered a non stock item so it did take a few weeks to come it arrived with no problems, and I have talked to Jean before with other orders in the past and had no problems then

I love the picture it looks great. I'm framing and wrapping it up and giving it for a Christmas gift for my new in-laws. It only took me 2 1/2 weeks to complete it.

I ordered a custom diamond painting of our dog when she was a puppy. The pic quality of the pic wasn’t great after editing it but I liked the pic. I hoped for the best. To my surprise, it came out beautiful with all the exact details. I am so happy with this company I would definitely order from them again.

I have been placing orders on custom prints for my family's Christmas presents. During this time I had the pleasure of working with Jean. She not only made my experience a pleasant one but was very understanding when having to split my orders.
