Hayward Moon Omdömen

Great service! Efficient communication and swift response - would recommend.

I have zero complaints about the team that handled the conveyancing of my house. Responsive to any of my requests, always available to update on progress and they pushed hard to make stuff happen. 5 stars.

Can’t actually rave about Hayward Moon enough (particularly Jodie & her assistant Charlotte!). Myself and my partner were first time buyers, with absolutely no idea what we were doing and I could not have done it without Jodie. She is so lovely & friendly, never kept us waiting, never over-complicated things, made us laugh when things felt overwhelming and I knew I could relax when I saw her name pop up in my inbox! I recommend her to anyone and everyone - she helped to make the purchase of our first home so special and she truly deserves a medal! Special thanks to her assistant, Charlotte, too - her organisational skills are incredible, meaning we had very little to deal with! If we were to move again, I wouldn’t use anyone else. What an outstanding pair!❤️

Jodie Leggett, ably assisted by Charlotte Flatt, has now helped both my daughters through the potentially stressful process of buying flats. Jodie is a truly exceptional lawyer. She was approachable, proactive and very prompt in responding. Jodie was excellent at spotting potential problems and steering a way round them. I will have no hesitation in recommending Jodie to any family or friends who want the best conveyancing lawyer.

Moving house is a stressful experience but Haywood Moon helped me navigate this very well. Easy to contact and responsive to questions and queries they made the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. Annabel and Maja deserve special mention

This is the second time our family have used Emma Fraser at HM in the last year. Once for a sale and now for a rental purchase. The service has been excellent. Prompt, succinct, professional, clear communications and efficient are words I’d use to describe the service. Thank you once again Emma.

Really pleased with the service from Hayward Moon. Our property sale and purchase was dealt with by Ellie and Tracey. Both were really proactive and were easy to contact when needed. They explained each step of the process clearly, which made the process very straightforward.

It was with great pleasure to use Hayward moon. Moving home is a stressful time but Hayward moon took all the stress out they have been helpful informative and supportive.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend Hayward moon for all conveyancing requirements a special mention for Jessie who was so supportive throughout the whole process.
Thank you all at Hayward moon.
Mrs Wilson and family

Hayward Moon were approachable from the outset. Very efficient and led me through the whole selling process. It helped that they were fairly local and I was able to liaise with Sue Everett re. paperwork and procedure. All in all a relatively stressless experience.

Big thanks to Jodie and Charlotte for a job well done, very professional and responsive, which is all you can ask for. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had the pleasure of Emma F working on our recent house purchase. We have used HM twice before, and their service is A++++, absolutely fantastic. I would genuinely never look anywhere else for conveyancing support. Of course there are marginally cheaper options on the market, but if you were to take them you would regret it instantly. Nothing more to say, 100% recommended.

the best agency, the solicitor helped me a lot, she always answered the phone quickly and helped me, she advised me, the whole process was very fast, in less than 2 months I moved into the house, thank you, I appreciate you and I recommend you with confidence.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly and thoroughly, with clear and consistent communication throughout. Sammy went above and beyond to ensure the house sale was successfully completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hayward Moon to family and friends.

Exceptional service from Hayward Moon. Quick, efficient and professional throughout the sale process. Would not hesitate to use again.

The experience was was 5 start service from the start of the progress to when we got the keys to our house. Jodie and Charlotte was always on top of what we needed and always help with all the questions we had. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thankyou so much for helping us with getting us the house 🏠🔑x

Thank you for all the help.
You have all worked so hard for me.

Very helpful throughout the whole process with regular updates

Very pleased with Hayley Wright and the team who handled my sale, it was trouble free and swift. A pleasant experience thank you.

Annabel and Maja (Diss) were constantly supportive and reassuring during a frustratingly protracted house sale (no fault of their own). They always responded in a timely and friendly manner.

I was recommended to use Hayward Moon for my recent purchase of a plot of local woodland and I wasn't disappointed. The purchase was dealt with very efficiently by Hayley Wright and Perry McCullach and the whole process was dealt with in a few weeks from start to finish from the beginning of February to completion at the start of April.
