We'd been told to expect 12 weeks plus for the process, but Kirsty and her team pushed it through from start to finish in 8 weeks — a huge difference, and they kept us in the loop at every stage to make sure nothing stalled. No chasing them for updates, no vague "we'll get back to you" silence that you sometimes get with solicitors. They explained what was happening and why at each step, so we never felt like we were in the dark or that things were drifting.
Would use them again without hesitation and have already recommended them to family, friends and colleagues.

We have recently exchanged contracts on our house purchase and I cannot thank Kaylee, Karen and Lyndsey enough for their support throughout what has been a lengthy and, at times, challenging transaction.

We used Hayward Moon for conveyancing on the sale of a flat and were hugely impressed. The big thing was that the conveyancer for the buyer were terrible - but our side at HM never gave up, constantly chasing and going the extra mile, and keeping us updated, often as they pushed to do things the other side should have done etc. We honestly don't think our sale would have gone through with any other conveyancing firm.
