HELPFUL HAYS
Polite and helpful staff-- great transparency regarding cost and so efficient. Our advisor was young Demi, she was fantastic and helped us to nail down our dream holiday. She also put us at ease straight away.

Scottish holiday
My sister and myself went into the Wolverhampton branch and we only had to wait 5 minutes before we were attended to by Demi.A very pleasant,helpful and informative young lady.We booked the holiday we wanted and left very happy and excited about our forthcoming holiday.

Hays travel were excellent
Me and my wife popped in to Hays travel in Wolverhampton and quick and easily got our holiday to Tenerife booked by a young lady named poppy, she was very thorough and understanding and sorted everything out very quickly.
Over the next few days we received all our paperwork by email. We are fully satisfied

Excellent service
Caroline discussed various options with us being first time cruisers. Feel that she understood our needs and wanted to make our holiday special. She went through the booking process very clearly and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service we received especially as we did not go in to book just to find information
