Holiday Booking - January 2026
Booking through Hays was very straightforward and efficient. It did help that we had researched our holiday location beforehand but wrapping up all the details like booking seats and special assistance for my wife, plus meals on board was made easy for us. Staff at Hays have always proved most helpful with any queries and we'd certainly recommend them as a Travel Agent.

Good listening skills and appropriate holiday suggestions
Emma listened carefully to the type of holiday we were interested in booking and was immediately able to make appropriate suggestions. When there was a problem as regards booking the hotel half board, she resolved this issue to our satisfaction.
