Miserable customer care
I have had positive experiences with Hays West Bridgford in the past but on this occasion I have received miserable customer care from Emma.
I was booking flight+accomodation to Copenhagen and specifically asked Emma if this was the sort of booking Hays did or whether I should do it myself online. Her reply was that Hays guaranteed the best prices. She made a booking. I returned home and discovered that if I had made the same booking online then I would have saved £173.32 on a booking costed at £917.80. I wrote the same day to seek an explanation. The reply on the following day did not explain. I feel badly let down by a company I had previously trusted.

When we want to book a holiday we always go to Wendy at Hays. She is so efficient and has very wide ranging knowledge. Also she is always friendly & welcoming (as are the other staff). Just what you want from a travel agent.

Outstanding invaluable advice as always. No hard sell just support and guidance geared to our needs and requirements. Have used Hays Travel for many years and would recommend them without hesitation. They are totally professional and nothing is too much trouble from start to finish. For an easy no fuss travel agent look no further, and so reasonable pricewise, what could be better!!

A no nonsense booking experience
The travel adviser, Emma was very helpful from the word go. She understood exactly what I was looking for regarding my travel requirements to and from Australia and was able to provide me with a range of alternatives available. This made my decision very straightforward and Emma was able to provide me with a quote on the spot which I was happy to accept.
