My first visit to a Hays Travel
This was my first visit to a Hays Travel, I took a seat with Laura to enquire about a holiday, without knowing where I wanted to go. She was very patient with me & very thorough showing me various options & durations. Great service from when we walked…
Great service from when we walked through the door and all the staff looked up and greeted us with a smile and a good morning.
Laura sorted the cruise we wanted and offered us insurance, which I did decline, I thought I may get a better price, but we went back and took it as it was in line with other companies. I also thought it best keeping everything all under the one umbrella. Again it was all dealt with and sorted by Sadie.
Lovely friendly girls, but most of all they dealt with us professionally but with the added touch of making you feel like you mattered to them.
