Ebony was very helpful explained everything and worked hard to get the best price for us. Very polite, formal and detailed in all explanations. Nothing was too much trouble and she went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable and assured on the decisions we made

An upgrade was available £0.00 this was denied to myself at the time of booking. I expected a single supplement and was told there was no supplement when I read the details supplement was £249.00
