Appalling service
Appalling service. Made a special trip to visit Hays Travel in Thirsk this week. Spent a while explaining looking for a cruise to celebrate 40th wedding anniversary. Was told would get back to me either later that afternoon or the next day. Three days later still no email. Rang them up - spoke to the person I had seen on my visit who feigned no memory of my visit and who asked for the details again to start off a search. Told them not to bother. Unbelievable!
