A truly wonderful agent; knowledgeable, responsive, patient and supportive. She is friendly and kind, while also being professional and efficient in her work.
Teresa has supported us to arrange and book many holidays over the years, ranging from Malta to Jamaica. She has helped us to manage and plan our trip after booking, and has gone the extra mile to explore possible trips and additional arrangements, as well as soothing any anxieties we may have about anything!
We thoroughly recommend using Teresa as a travel agent, she is so much more than that... We would give 10 stars if we could.

Our holiday booking experience
