Holiday experience with Hays
Booked with Hays in May. Went away in June. Was looking in the window saw a holiday. Wasn't where we wanted it. Booked something else we go in September. Booked with the same girl. She remembered us. She's was very helpful. Will book with them again

The lovely helpful staff
The staff were very,very, very helpful especially the Agent who was dealing with me!
She was lovely,friendly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, polite and she also she keeps in contact to keep me updated!
Also I have dealt with the Swinton Branch and staff before and also they are a lovely team with the same qualities!

P & O Cruises
Went in to enquire about cruises and Erica at the Swinton, Manchester Branch was extremely helpful as always, gave me some options and dates for the itinerary I wanted and I didn't hesitate to book there and then. This is our 3rd cruise booked with Hays Travel I wouldn’t go anywhere else as the customer service is outstanding.

We went in on spec really to see if we could get a good holiday at reasonable price, the young girl was very polite and did a very good job to fine one at the time wanted in January for 3 weeks, the price was perfect and we are looking forward to going to Feurteventura.
