Great service with patience and I like booking a holiday face to face and then receive paper confirmation!

The staff are always helpful and informative, and it is never too much bother for them however long the booking takes. Have been using Hays Travel in Stowmarket for some time now and they always remember you.

Jeanette was very patient listened to what we wanted and helped us find exactly that for our honeymoon.

Great service and efficient

On Sunday 9th August, we were welcomed into the Hays store by Tom who was friendly and welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away.

Tom listened to our wants and needs for a holiday. With some collaboration from Netty, Toms lovely colleague, we were shown the perfect destination for our 30th wedding anniversary next year.

We left feeling listened too and very pleased with our choice of holiday, thank you Tom and Netty, you made it seem so easy.

As always, we received excellent customer service on our recent visit. This visit was slightly different to our others, in that we had already decided on the exact destination we wanted. However, the service provided by Netty was of the same excellent, high standard that we have come to expect from the branch over the years. She made us feel very welcome and shared her own experiences with the airline we’re flying with and the country we’re going to, adding a personal feel to the service provided. It was also evident that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience, answering all questions we had.
Whilst Hays travel remains in Stowmarket, I can’t see us booking a holiday any other way. We would highly recommend for any travel plans.

We were seen straight away, Lucy was very helpful and friendly, time was ours, we did not feel hurried though, even when they got busy. We were given advice and plenty of time to find the holiday we wanted. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This was our first time using an agent as we normally go 'freestyle'. Tom was very helpful, listened to our requirements and made some suggestions without being pushy. We took the details away to consider and we eventually found a hotel that we liked the look of with our own research. We then went back and Tom found the hotel and sorted everything out efficiently and at a competitive price. Thank you for making it so simple.
