Less hassle
We usually book our own holidays direct with the cruise company but finding out how easy it was to pop into Talke Hayes and speak to Holly, booking the cruise for my family certainly do it again.

Excellent customer service. Nikola couldn't have been more helpful. Finding brochures and travel companies who provided the tour I was looking for. Very patient and conscienscious wanting to accommodate me. We found just what I wanted. My neighbour has decided she would like to join me, so we are hoping to book a twin room for 2 instead of solo travel. Hays are attempting to achieve the change to the booking.
