Laura was lovely, she always is so helpful and gives us the information we need within our budget. Laura is knowledgeable of the hotels and area we are looking at. And probably the best thing she is honest if the thinks somewhere would not suit us. Excellent service, will be back.

Excellent service as usual
Have been booking holidays with Hays Travel for a number of years, always receiving excellent service. This time was no exception. We were greeted by Lyndsey at the Stanley branch who we have dealt with on several occasions, who was friendly, polite and efficient and we left having booked exactly what we were looking for.

The service we got was very good. We told the lady what holiday we wanted and how much we had to spend. She offered us a perfect match. She was understanding, polite and easy to talk too.
We booked the holiday and left the shop happy.
