Asian cruise, spur of the moment decision
Having only popped in to pay money off a cruise we happened to see another cruise promoted by Hays in their store.
We asked Abbie to price it up for us. She emailed this to us, and we quickly went back in and Abbie booked it all for us. Very pleased with all aspects of the booking procedure and with the way we were treated by Abbie and the rest of the staff.
We still prefer the personal touch you get by booking instore rather than by doing it online.

Nothing is a bother to them. I always deal with Debbie and have done for years. She keeps me right as I’m very laidback and just like an easy life.
I most certainly not go any where else to book a holiday.
