From start to finish we had a great experience. Even tho it was a busy Saturday, we were attended to quickly. Our consultant Nisha listened to our requirements & was able to offer advice based on her experience.
When I later called the store to confirm we’d like to go ahead at 5.05pm, I was told by a lovely lady (who’s name I didn’t unfortunately get) who told me that the store was closed, but it was absolutely no problem at all to deal with my enquiry.
She processed our holiday & I notice that the confirmation was sent at 5.33pm- wonderful service going that extra mile!

Nothing was too much trouble and the service was second to none — they arranged everything for us, including our airport parking, travel insurance and set up monthly payments, and even sorted us a Travel Money Card.. we were good to go! You can really tell they genuinely care about finding the right holiday for you.
