Lisa,the store representative was very helpful,nothing was too much trouble,all our questions were answered. She was cheerful and bubbly.

Absolutely 5 star experience with Hays Travel. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they give good advice and support and look after you from the minute you walk in store until the minute you get home. I cannot recommend this company enough.

This is the third time my friend and I have used Hays Travel in Selby and each time we have received the best of service very helpful with two elderly ladies and always managed to find us a holiday.

We always get great help from your members of staff. Always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Won't go anywhere else ' the staff at the Selby branch always very friendly and give a very accurate insight to my bookings. Booked about 4/5 holidays with them in recent years. I travel passed a few branches to book with this shop. Staff go the extra mile and I wouldn't look anywhere else

Always a pleasure to visit selby hays travel we were supposed to be going to Thailand but with everything so uncertain we cancelled it Kara was wonderful helping us sort it out and to book another one to Cyprus highly recommended travel agents

A very professional agent explaining and offering many choices. and he gave Clarity with all information needed.

Jenson was excellent in giving clear choices of additional extras we may like to have example the VIP lounge.
He also gave the exchange rates if currency we would need or exchange back.

The holiday in Menorca was so amazing I have booked for myself and my husband to return in September and due to the great service my friend and I reviewed she has also booked another holiday with your company .
