Hays Travel - Seaford Omdömen 

We visited the Seaford shop and our holiday was booked by Lucy who was vey helpful.

I use Hayes travel in Seaford because I have always been very happy with the service I receive, nothing is too much trouble and it takes away all the stress of booking a holiday, Stella has always been so helpful

We had a fantastic experience with Hays from start to finish. They really took the time to listen to our needs and preferences and made sure they understood exactly what we were looking for. Nothing felt rushed or generic — the holiday was thoughtfully tailored to suit us perfectly. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care made the whole planning process stress-free and enjoyable. We ended up with a holiday that exceeded our expectations and felt truly personal. Professional, efficient and friendly service even when though the sales person could not complete the online admin . And had to telephone every time to complete each application .

The agent was very helpful and patient. It would have been 5 stars but when we got our euros from Hays they added £3.95 for buying the euros back for the same rate which we wouldn't do and was an unnecessary expense, so disappointed.

Nothing is to much trouble,they listen to your requirements and try to match the perfect packsge to suit your needs.

They were extremely helpful in getting us good flight times.

The Agent at Hays Travel Seaford I use is called Sian. I am a full time wheelchair user and as always she has gone beyond and above her role in her position. Sian now knows the needs of a wheelchair user and would be extremely upset if something went wrong whilst on holiday, so is absolutely maticulus in making sure each section of the booking is completed accurately. Thanks Sian and looking forward to you helping me again in the future.

We chose online then booked at our local branch, which is always a pleasure to speak to staff with good and comprehensive detail, they have also helped with keeping us on budget.
Generally we would not go anywhere else simply as at this point of contact you need experience and expertise to make an informed and confident decision.
Well done Hays for keeping the high street and Towns alive for communities with your wonderful service.
