Booked a holiday to Cape Verde at the Rugby branch on 09/03/26.
There were four of us with not much idea of where we wanted to go. We wanted somewhere warm, all inclusive travelling early March.
We were accorded a lot of patience and given many suggestions fitting within our criteria.
We ended up booking for Cape Verde, never been before but it looks exactly right for us
We were armed with all the information we required in order to make our decision.
We could have booked this online but we got it for the same price at Hays and we had the personal treatment from a very well informed and patient travel agent.
There is still very important role for high street travel agents, and Hays is the best.

Full attention was given to us throughout and all details were explained. All options were explained to us before we made our final decision. We were not rushed and made to feel like we could take our time and ask as many questions as we wanted. Cameron, who dealt with us, went above and beyond to make sure my 50th birthday cruise next year was going to be perfect for us. Great service once again at Hays Travel Rugby

Very helpful informative staff, very knowledgeable about the holiday we were booking. We have used them many times and prefer a face-to-face experience. It takes away the stress of attempting to negotiate the minefield of online booking.

All the staff at this branch will go the extra mile to ensure that our holiday experience will be the best possible every time. Our previous holiday started with a huge problem with our outward flight 24 hrs before departing (the issue was with the cruise company) but Hays resolved it and ensured that we departed in time for our cruise. This is why we will always use Hays Travel for our holiday bookings.
