Great service great result
Courtney was brilliant and went the extra mile to get us the holiday we wanted.She was professional and very friendly making it easy for the booking to be completed with all our questions answered and all the boxes ticked. Excellent service and great staff
I cannot fault the service I receive from Hays Travel. I find the staff to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Freya, who dealt with my booking, was extremely helpful and friendly and spent time to ensure that we managed to book the holiday that we wished to go on. She answered any queries we had and went through the itinerary of the tour. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It was a pleasure to deal with her. I would certainly recommend Hays Travel.
