Very helpful lady.
Saw Linda yesterday regarding having to change my cruise booking from August this year to next July as my dog has been diagnosed with an incurable brain condition. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was worried I couldn't change it but was done with ease, and what was already a stressful day was made a lot easier thanks to Linda.

Friendly efficient service.
We were simply booking flights and a hotel, which Hays Travel were more than happy to do for us. The service was quick, efficient and very helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel.
