Customer service is excellent.
I was greeted by Nicole, who I found to be very helpful experienced at her job and polite.
Nicole went through everything from transport to hotels available with prices for both a 14 night stay and a 10 night stay.
My Travel insurance was also covered which I intend to take up once my existing travel insurance has run out.
She was very patient and went into detail on the hotel I was about to book.
Customer service is excellent!
I would not book a holiday without the help from all the staff at Hays Travel Rhyl

Cruise Event
We went to the cruise event at Aintree to have a look at Caribbean cruises. We had one in mind with the itinerary we wanted to do.
Fern was fabulous, very knowledgeable , patient and so friendly. We were grateful for her time we were not rushed into making any decisions.
