We have just come back from an amazing two week cruise around Japan organised by Rachel. Nothing was too much trouble, even us phoning her from Tokyo airport in a mad panic due to a missing suitcase. She was so helpful, advising what we needed to do that end while she was busy contacting people here. The suitcase was located and delivered to the boat the following day. Rachel goes above and beyond, we will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.

Had an amazing trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. It was a pleasure booking with Rachel. I find a lot of travel consultants pushy and impatient. She was neither of these. Always willing to answer questions and amend the booking quotation multiple times. Nothing was too much trouble and she always got back to me in a timely fashion.
