Rachel was very thorough and honest from the start.
She stuck to the budget requirements but also made me aware on what would increase and decrease the price.
She honestly managed expectations being truthful about possibilities and was very professional. She called when she said she would and was friendly and positive and so happy to help. A very positive experience.

I wouldn't go anywhere else
I have used Rachel a few times to book holidays and it's always a great experience which keeps me coming back, nothing is too much trouble and even when you think the criteria might be a bit vague there's several options that come up - it completely takes the stress out of holiday booking - Rachel you are awsome!
