As usual, excellent service. Quick with no gimmicks.

We had a very timely response from everyone. The person we were dealing with got back to us as they said they would and if they were not available a colleague called us. Our queries were answered immediately. It helped that someone in the office had been to the Fjords numerous times so was very knowledgeable.

I popped in one Friday and spoke to Chloe Read who was the manager back at the end of July and she asked me where , when , with who , destination etc . She put at ease straight away , I told was medical retired and she looked at lots of different places to go . I mentioned Oludeniz in turkey as I had been there 3 times before and absolutely love it there , we went through about 7/8 hotels and deals and recommend the Montebello resort hotel,as out had fantastic reviews . We looked at the reviews and the photos of the hotel . She was very empathetic and listened about what I was looking for and the price and the price was a little bit more than I would normally would but my oldest son say you pay for what you get . I booked it there and then . Got a printed receipt and booked a time and a day to pick up forms and boarding passes . She was amazing and then asked me about currency and said that I would get a better rate in hays travel then anywhere as as they give you a much higher rate as you've booked a holiday with them . I got a message to say the tickets , boarding passes and money were ready to pick up .
I must say that thanks to Chloe I ended up having a holiday of a lifetime creating so many memories as the hotel was amazing , the temperature was amazing the staff and food were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you . I even got a free upgrade on my room . I'm looking to go back with a friend next year at the same hotel . I would thoroughly recommend Miss Chloe Read as a travel agent and all the staff at Hayes travel in Portsmouth . Many thanks once again Mr Andrew Wheatley
