Our holiday plans were well handled.

As always our holiday plans were well handled by the friendly staff in the Pickering branch. On this occasion it was Nick.Having booked through them several times they understand what we expect from our holiday bookings.

Staff listened to what I was looking for and found it.
Explained every detail to me. Just straightforward and good natured. After booking I wanted to make a change this was dealt with efficiently.

A very pleasant lady very quickly obtained the booking for a specific holiday I wanted. Everything was explained in detail. The deposit was dealt with quickly. The surroundings of the office were pleasant. A quick, slick experience.
