Great staff
That staff member was very helpful, friendly and patient. She listened to everything we asked for and was able to find a river cruise holiday that was perfect. All other staff in the shop were also friendly.
Will definitely use this travel agent again.

I always use Hays Travel it’s a company you can trust. With Excellent Staff who are Trained to a high standard. Beth who I get to book my flights and Holiday goes out of her way to make sure every detail is correct looking for the best deals. Booking a special cruise!
We visited Peterlee to book our very first cruise. We are going at Christmas and haven’t had a holiday for many years! At one point virtually every member of the team were searching for the perfect holiday for us! Customer service was second to none! Everyone was so patient with us.
