Great experience with Paul.
Paul was brilliant and explained the booking process to us and payment options. He was also able to answer any questions asked. He was polite and friendly. It was our first experience with Hays and we'll definitely book with Paul again.

Absolutely brilliant service from Paul, we brought him an already great deal and I was sceptical that he would be able to compete with it, but to my surprise he did! He went above and beyond to look at all the options we had, and explained in detail what different options would entail.
I can’t recommend him enough, very friendly and gave honest advise, thanks Paul for such a great booking experience.
