Hayes is always my go to Travel Agent.
All of the staff give an excellent service, but Erica goes out of her way to find the best holiday for us.
So thank you Hayes for a wonderful service.

I visited Hays Travel 3 times within a few days as I required information on a few options of cruises under consideration (I do the homework and then share the information with my husband). On each occasion Serena was most helpful. When we were ready to book, my husband and I went together and as we already had a lot of information from Serena, the booking was very easy.

It was a pleasure booking our holiday with Hays. They had been recommended to us. The lady we spoke to was very helpful and extremely pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We definitely know who we will be booking our holidays with in future.

I went into my local shop - Ormskirk - to get Euros for an upcoming Scout Group trip, which I have been doing for a couple of months, whenever I get cash paid to us. No problem in the past but this time it was a different person behind the travel money desk, and didn't give me a receipt, but said she would email it. When I checked it a few minutes later, she had added on a 'buy back' guarantee for £3.95, without asking and the rate she gave me was rubbish - 1.08..when everywhere else was giving 1.12...
I went back in to the shop and complained - she was quite defensive at first, saying everyone wanted their receipts emailing - not everyone as I didn't, but just accepted it this time - and said they expect people to ask for the 'buy back' to be knocked off if not wanted. As I didn't even know it was added, how could I ask for it to be knocked off. And it has never been mentioned in the past, nor added on.
Upshot was, she eventually gave me a better rate - got €25 more for my £500, and knocked the 'buy back' off. As this was for Scouts spending money, that amount is not insignificant. I know I could have gone round everywhere checking, but never had such a bad rate before from Hays.

Sienna in the Ormskirk branch, was very keen to help and go over and above, when things got a bit difficult to secure our 2028 booking with Cunard. Success happened after much effort! Very well done Sienna! Hard copies and emails provided as soon as the secure booking happened. Great, enthusiastic and competent service. Previously have used an on line Agent. ( had a really not good experience, trying a high street travel Agent) But will be happy and confident to go back to Hays and Sienna 👌🤩
