It was a pleasure to book a holiday with someone who was very knowledgeable about the country we were booking. Lesia was very helpful explaining what the holiday comprised of answering all our questions. And explaining the alternative dates and prices. What an experience we had with…
What an experience we have had with Northwich hays travel ,we had our cruise cancelled by P0 but we're told we would recieve a full refund within 7 days I am still waiting for a refund 5 weeks later .I had a person named libby from this branch who actually put the phone down on myself ,the whole team do not know how to liase with customers still ongoing and nobody knows what there colleagues are doing will not ever go with hays travel again very disappointed 😕
