Whenever I go to Hays Travel I get nothing but 5* help. All the staff are amazing ! Friendly, helpful, caring. They go above and beyond to try and get the right deal and holiday that suits you.
I would recommend Hays to anyone !

Sarah who dealt with us was both polite and helpful talking us through our oppsions.Took a while to choose and it was nice to book the holiday and the parking in one visit.

The young lady was very helpful took her time with us and we didn't feel rushed.

Looked online first to see what holidays I wanted then went to hayes to see what they could do as I prefer to speak to a person. The assistant was very polite and looked at all options and got a great price so we booked that day, great service, would recommend anyone to give them a try.

I was only kept waiting a couple of minutes before being attended to by Ann.
I haven't been on a cruise for a number of year that is why I chose to go into Hays Travel to get some expert and up to date information.
Ann was very helpful and sorted everything out for me so consequently I booked the cruise, on P&O's IONA, there & then.

I have booked my holiday through Hayes the last three years now and always Use Leanne at Northpoint Centre. She is extremely helpful, strives to help with the best deal she can find, and her customer service skills are expetional. Great service, would definately recomend
