We have used Nikki Neilson / Hay’s travel a few times now and would struggle to go elsewhere now . Nikki is very helpful and helps find us exactly what we are looking for and keeps us right every step of the way. Great help while trying to arrange a henny

Exceptional agent
Nikki was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed regarding our trip, as well as keeping us informed on everything that was going on with the booking. As it is our first time booking a trip of this sort we weren’t sure what would need to be done. Nikki was very patient with all our questions and eased all our concerns due to her expert knowledge.
She has made the initial steps of our trip easy and smooth sailing and we cannot praise her enough!
