Nicola Drake is an excellent travel advisor. She booked our Norwegian cruise this year (July 2026) and couldn’t have been more helpful. Went above and beyond when there was an issue with our seats in the way home as the airline had oversold the seats. She contacted the airline directly and kept in touch with us throughout, until we boarded our flight home.

Dream holiday booking
Nicola was just fantastic from our very first message to the completion of my booking.
All my questions answered quickly and professionally and she sent me all the information she could find and nothing was any trouble.
A very friendly and genuine lady who I felt confident with to book my life long dream holiday of a safari to South Africa.

Nicola helped me book our holiday to Ikos Resorts and made the whole process completely stress-free. She sorted the flights, accommodation, and was always quick to message and get answers whenever I needed extra information. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made everything feel easy and organised from start to finish.

My Disney Wish is coming true 🚢✨
I just booked the Disney wish on Thursday with Nicola and she’s helped me achieve one of my biggest dreams of embarking on a magical voyage onboard the Disney wish next summer I’m so excited already! Highly recommend as she was very helpful throughout the booking process and called me to reassure that all had been successful after payment was taken and has been messaging me since I couldn’t be happier as she really took all the stress away from me! I’ve been beaming since it happened so thank you Nicola I can’t stop smiling it feels like one big dream! Can’t wait to receive my goody bag 🚢✨
