The staff member who booked our holiday was so helpful.
The booking process was easy. I have not booked a holiday with a travel agent for many, many years. I have booked flights, hotels, transfers and everything else myself online. After this experience I will definitely return to Hays Travel in Newark in the future.

Hays tracel
Mollie was fantastic, took us all through the booking and required (by us) service we need and made everything so easy. She also gave us re-assurance that should things kick off in that region thanks to that insane idiot Trump, we would get a full refund or the opportunity to choose a new date. Thanks Mollie.
