Hays Travel - Neil Crossley Omdömen 

This is the third time we have booked a holiday with Neil and we always feel comfortable doing so. Nothing is too much trouble and he's always happy to answer any of my questions and put my mind at ease. We would highly recommend Neil at Hays Travel and will definitely be using him again in the future. We highly recommend Neil for all your holiday needs.

Neil is always available to try and help with any questions or bookings even when he is away on holiday with his family!!

Neil has been fantastic seeing us through 2 bookings. One in Nov 2023 and now, in Oct 2025.
Initially i was indecisive about hotels/ dates and i kept changing my mind but neil is always happy and willing to always give prices on my holidays id narrowed down, which ultimately has led to the booking of the two.
Id not travelled with my family since 2017 and was having anxieties with the whole airport check in etc, and i was messaging neil with these and he would reassure me and talk me through the check in.
He is always professional and answers messages when he is free. Even in the evenings he has replied.
We as a family are aiming to book a holiday every other year and we will continue to use neil for these.
