Nothing too much bother
Hays in Milngavie were absolutely wonderful. We wanted a last minute holiday and Ceilidh came up trumps with a Majorca holiday. She was very helpful and patient. Nothing was too much bother.
Also I went in the next day for currency and Jude was also very pleasant and helpful.
