Friendly and professional
Friendly and professional, only problem I had was not being able to pay online because my credit card company questioned the payment, I had to travel 20 miles after work to pay for my holiday. I was not allowed to pay over the phone.

Helpful , quick service
Chloe was really helpful with what i wanted , got the tickets i required and changed the flight times , very quick to respond to messages and emails , i would highly recommend Chloe and will definitely book with her again.
