Megan was great, she was very helpful and ful of good advise. Though the trip was last minute Megan helped us through each stage to get us where we are now, sitting on a lounger next to a pool for a week.

Calpe, here we come again.
Having looked online for a holiday, we, my wife and I found one that fitted well with our dates, so I went into Hays Travel in Livingston, sat down with Megan told what we would like and she did that exactly. Yes we may have saved a few pounds booking ourselves, but going with Hays again made sense, always professional, always reassuring. Megan could not be more helpful, now looking forward to our holiday with piece of mind.
