Our booking was done and dusted in about five minutes! Very efficient service as usual from Lynn and also she emailed the hotel with a special request without us even needing to remind her. Incredibly fast and efficient service.

We walked into the Leeds city branch and saw Charlotte B, she was great, helpful, honest and real, promis3d us quotes for a non mainstream break, she followed up when she said she would and delivered. Go to Leeds and ask for Charlotte, she is a great asset tom Hayes.
