We have booked a few holidays through hays and never been disappointed.
Rebecca is great at suggestions and recommendations. She was very patient. No hard sales no pressure. Highly recommend hays travel. 🤩

As always Rebecca makes booking a holiday so very easy. She is the consummate professional who always goes the extra mile to make everything clear and simple. She responds quuckly to my questions and everything is done with a smile. I trust her implicitly.
All the sraff in the Lanark branch are welcoming and helpful but i have a soft spot for Rebecca. She has never let me down

I think using messenger is a great way to get the ball rolling. I just type what I'm looking for, then give the staff time to work on my request.
Any staff who I have contacted this way have been great. They are friendly and efficient and have tried to get the best deal for me.
They look at more than one option and are excellent at giving advice and ideas.
I prefer to use a local Travel Agent as it's much less stressful, leaving holiday bookings to the experts. I also know I can easily contact Hays if I have further questions.
