Went out of her way to find us our holiday, even when each hotel we pick seemed to be unavailable, she just kept searching for another that suited our needs, very helpful, looking forward to our holiday, thank you Tamzin.

Very helpful and polite staff even when the price I had on TUI app was cheaper than in store they managed to price match although at this time seems a problem getting full access to all features on tui app maybe that's not Hays problem but it is inconvenient

The agent I spoke to was very friendly and explained quite clearly whatever I wanted to know. He is also dealing with my relatives in Canada, I think he is also going to help me with our travel insurance

The manager Helen was exceptional with her nowledge and offered us other options for our cruise. She made very sure we got what we wanted. Left after booking feeling we had the right cruise for us

Tamsin could not of done anything more to help us, she took the time to listen to what we needed, spent alot of time searching and eventually found what we needed, sent the emails to us and in turn we came in and booked it

Helen was so helpful. We knew which cruise we wanted but had several questions that she was able to help us with. We didn’t feel rushed, she spent a lot of time going through everything very thoroughly.
