The staff were really helpful and friendly with plenty of knowledge to help us find exactly what we wanted when booking a very last minute holiday

All staff very friendly,we where delt with by Rachael who took here time to advise and explain and book a holiday.

Excellent customer service, informative, attentive and helpful, whilst totally unpushy. Our needs were anticipated and suitable suggestions made by Ellie. When it came to actually making a booking, the service was superb. Follow-up questions have been dealt with really well and we are totally confident with our choice of holiday.
